Refund policy

Our team is here to help you solve any issues with your product!

To request a return, you can contact us at hello@drinkpearly.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Requesting a refund right after an order

If you have just placed an order are requesting a refund, please note we cannot guarantee we will refund your purchase before your order ships. Our team always tries our best to monitor our support requests, but sometimes our packages ship out before we get to requests. If you are looking to get a refund before your order ships, please try to contact us as soon as possible.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returning a food item

Our team does not accept food items as returns as we are unable to resell them once you send them back to us. This is similar to other major retailers like Amazon. The reason for this is that we would never resell a product to you that has been in someone else's household. We understand this is not ideal, and will do our best to work with you to find a better solution. Thank you so much for your understanding!

All sales are final

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items and food products. If you believe there was an issue or something wrong with your order, please email us and we'd be more than happy to look into the matter!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
In some instances certain types of items may not be able to be returned. If this occurs, our team will work with you to find a solution. 

Items purchased with gift cards or on-sale might not be eligible for return.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
